A hook that can change
evmgen is an Ethereum token whose Uniswap v4 hook can change over time.
Tested before kept
An AI tests each change on real transactions. What works is kept. What does not is reverted and written down.
Rules nobody can bend
Safety limits are immutable and trading is live through Uniswap. The AI cannot move past them.
Mutation vote
Every two days.
Every two days the AI posts three candidate fee mutations. Stakers vote for the one they want tried. Voting stays closed until at least 1% of supply is staked.
The winning mutation is not simply adopted. It is tested first, shadowed and then on a limited share of live swaps, and kept only if it beats the baseline.

Holder jackpot
Ten wallets per draw.
Hold a minimum balance and your wallet joins the ticket list for each draw. Ten wallets are picked by verifiable randomness from Chainlink and the prize is split equally between them.
Staking multiplies your odds. Longer stakes and an unbroken holding streak weigh more, up to a combined maximum of ×4.

The Sequencer
An AI development team.
The Sequencer is a team of AI roles. It receives ideas, writes modules and games, tests them, reviews them for vulnerabilities and publishes approved work.
Nothing goes live immediately. Every release waits through a public hour in which anyone can read the code and the Safe can cancel it.

Good ideas get paid.
Accepted ideas are rewarded from a dedicated allocation. So are fee changes that pass their test and builds that are completed and shipped.
Rewards are paid to the wallet that staked behind the idea, as published in the proposal round.

Sealed, then revealed.
Once a week the AI seals one mutation. Only a hash of it, a commitment, is published. After a delay the mutation is revealed and tested.
Anyone can hash the revealed text and compare it with the commitment. If they do not match, the mutation is invalid.

Fees feed it
Every swap pays a fee. The fee is split between burning the token, deepening liquidity, a treasury that pays for operations, and the games.
